Since 2019, BahhCare has been providing quality and compassionate care to adults with disabilities through our community-based services. Our staff are highly motivated and experienced and have proven healthcare experience in assessing patient’s physical and mental health conditions and implementing patient safety protocols. The organization has experience working with the most demanding care programs for adults with disabilities. We have great service providers that bring a strong service ethos, pride, and ownership to everything we do with passion.

We can support a wide range of our client’s needs by drawing from a team of service providers with accumulated knowledge in providing Community-Based Support, Individual Support, and Behavioral and Day Care program services. Our staff are adept at treating patients using advanced technology and practices for their various disabilities and health conditions, formulating, and amending plans for the individual’s care, and establishing priorities to achieve desired outcomes and implement community integration plans. We apply the very best industry standards and insights to keep the individuals we serve on track with their plans for attaining independence.
